What is a fractional marketer?
A fractional marketer is a senior marketing professional who works with your business part-time or on retainer — delivering the strategy and execution of a full-time hire without the full-time salary, benefits, or overhead. It works particularly well for SMEs, scale-ups, and founder-led businesses that need real marketing output but aren't ready for a £60–80K CMO.
What's the difference between a fractional marketer and a marketing agency?
With an agency, your account is managed by a team where the senior person sells and juniors execute. With a fractional marketer, one senior person both thinks and builds — no handoffs, no markups on junior time, no account management layer in between. I work inside your business, not at arm's length from it.
Which channels do you work across?
SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, landing page development, CRO, social media, and LinkedIn outreach. On the Full-Stack retainer, I take CMO-level ownership — setting the roadmap, managing channels, and reporting on the full marketing function.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — the majority of my clients are UK-based, with US and international engagements as well. I work fully remotely and structure contracts and invoicing to suit international clients in GBP, USD, or INR.
What does "ad spend is client-paid and separate" mean?
My retainer covers strategy, setup, execution, and management. Any money paid directly to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn is paid by you, not routed through me. This keeps budgets fully transparent — you always know exactly where every pound or dollar is going, and it is never marked up.
Do I need to provide access to tools like SEMRush or Hotjar?
Yes — tool subscriptions are the client's responsibility. I will tell you exactly which tools are needed for your package at the onboarding call, and provide guidance on the right plan for each. In some cases I can use my own access for audits, but active campaign management requires client-owned accounts.
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months. This is the minimum time needed to see meaningful, attributable results from SEO, email campaigns, or paid ads. After the initial period, we move to a rolling monthly arrangement.
How many clients do you work with at once?
I take a limited number of active retainer clients at any given time to maintain the quality of execution each client deserves. If you're interested in working together, it is worth getting in touch sooner rather than later to check availability.
What results have you delivered?
For an Indian logistics client, a geo-dynamic landing page paired with Google Ads generated 66 inbound leads. For a UK restaurant reservation SaaS, a 7-year fractional engagement produced 350+ qualified leads and £1.4M+ in pipeline — a 23x return on total fees paid. Full case studies are available on request.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes. Package changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Upgrades can be discussed at any time and actioned within the current month where workload allows.
